Canada! Lacrosse
is unique,
combining
aspects from
different sports
along with its
original
concepts,
forming a
high-intensity
sport. The game
features a
plastic stick
with a mesh net
on the end and
the objective is
to throw the
rubber ball into
the opponents’
net using the
lacrosse stick.
Our program will
be taught with
NO contact to
ensure the
safety of the
players and
focus on the
fundamentals.
