GYMNASTICS
Kangaroos Class (3-5 yrs old)
This program is developmental in nature and works to develop the whole child, stimulating the minds and bodies of the early learners. The class follows a carefully designed lesson plan and is based on a specific ‘fun’-theme for children to experience through obstacle courses, trampoline and gymnastic apparatus. By the end of the session we will have built independence in each of your toddlers! This is the stepping-stone for the next level.
Tiger Class (5-7 yrs old)
Children will learn the basic gymnastic skills, taught in a fun, safe and positive atmosphere with equipment that provides challenge and helps children to develop body awareness, control, endurance and flexibility.
Recreational Gymnastics (7 and
up)
The class includes a general warm up to improve strength and flexibility. Emphasis is on learning and advancing gymnastics skills through safe and fun progressions on trampolines. Included are forward and backward rolls, cartwheels, handstands, front limbers, back walkovers and back handsprings on trampoline. Children will also learn basic routines by combining skills of routines and series of choreographed movements.

INSTRUCTOR:
Annie Hong was a member of China's National Gymnastics Team and participated in professional gymnastic for more than ten years. In 1989 Annie moved to the U.S. and lived there until 2003. While in the U.S she attended Strayer College and was a coach for 3 years at the Rebounded Gymnastic School in the state of Maryland. Now,
back in her hometown of Shanghai, she is looking forward to
teaching again.
