Adriana Wang and AKS are pleased to announce a CHANGE OF VENUE!

This January, Adriana will share her knowledge and passion for ballet

at our new home in Jinqiao.  The students will be able to continue their

lessons in a larger, cleaner, and within a safe and nurturing environment.

The program has been extended to 15 weeks!

Ballet 3-5 years old

*Class duration: 45 minutes

*Breakdown: warm up, body control, coordination, rhythm & light

stretching.

*Practice: basic ballet movements on music working in lines,

diagonals & circles.

*Outfit: pink or white ballet leotard, tights and shoes.

Ballet 5-7 years old

*Class duration: 45 minutes

*Breakdown: warm up (25min), work on movement control, coordination,

rhythm and light stretching. Work at the bar (5 min).

*Center (15 min): basic ballet movements, working in lines, diagonals, circles,

basic dance movements.

*Outfit: pink or white ballet leotard, tights and shoes

Ballet 8-9 years old

*Class duration: 60 minutes

*Warm up followed by concentrated work on the bar and center,

choreographed routines, small dances.

*Outfit: leotard, skirt, pink tights and ballet shoes.

Ballet 9-11 years old

*Class duration: 60 minutes

*Warm up followed by concentrated work on bar and center,

choreographed routines, along with complex ballet movements and dances.

This class is not recommended for kids with scoliosis or flat feet.

*Outfit: black leotard, pink tights, pink ballet shoes.

Note:  Hair needs to be tied up and no jewelry allowed.

-All AKS ballet workshops and the last class of the season are open to the parents

to watch.
